We are excited to announce that our team has moved to a new location in central Omaha. We spent the past four years in Kiewit Plaza – now named Blackstone Plaza.

Between fostering community, cookoffs, and special appearances by a pink unicorn, we made great memories there. But after moving five times in five years, it’s good to settle into a space that has been designed for us. It gives us stability and room to grow.

“We’re all ready for a fresh start,” said Donna Kush, president and CEO of the Omaha Community Foundation. “What we learned during the pandemic has been useful in planning our new workspace.”

The new office reflects the collaborative culture of OCF with open, flexible, activity-based spaces. It also features technology-enabled conference rooms where teams can connect with colleagues and community partners, using sophisticated videoconferencing tools to share ideas and information.

You can find us at:

1120 S 101st Street, Suite 320
Omaha, NE 68124

We’re located in a cluster of buildings known as 3 Pacific Place, which is also home to Security National Bank headquarters. Our team is especially excited about our proximity to Trader Joe’s – 5 minutes on foot – and amenities like Big Papio Trail.

While our address may have changed, our phone numbers—and our commitment to community—will stay the same.

Founded in 1982, we’ve made it our mission to inspire philanthropy to create a thriving community for all. We do this by cultivating generosity, by strengthening nonprofits, and by engaging the community around priority issues.
