The Page County Community Foundation, working in partnership with the Clarinda Foundation and the Greater Shenandoah Foundation, is a community foundation for Page County. It was established in 2004 and is affiliated with the Omaha Community Foundation. This relationship eliminates the need for each of nine affiliates in southwest Iowa to maintain a separate IRS tax status.
